Cancelling an Order (prior to goods being collected or delivered)

Please note: Once goods have been delivered or picked up, we are unable to assist with a refund unless required by consumer law. Please choose all furniture items carefully, as we are unable to provide a refund where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or purchased an unsuitable gift. We recommend you carefully view all furniture items in-store to ensure they are suitable.

If goods have not been collected and head office approval is granted upon presentation of your fully paid original store receipt, we may offer a store credit (valid for 12 months from the date of purchase) provided the order is paid in full, or offer an exchange to another item of equal or greater value. Items on clearance are not eligible for exchange. Please note that restocking fees, administration fees, and transport fees may apply or be deducted.
