Shipping & Delivery

At Furniture Options, we take great care to ensure your orders are expertly packed and delivered safely via our trusted freight partners.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Handling times are generally 3–7 business days.

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details. All deliveries require a signature unless you provide authority to leave.

GST is charged on orders delivered within Australia. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties for deliveries to other regions.

Shipping costs are postcode-based and cover most areas in Australia. If you have trouble at checkout or need a shipping quote for remote areas, please contact us.

Delivery

All goods are shipped from our warehouse. Freight costs are calculated at checkout and are additional to product prices. Responsibility for goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.

Please check and sign for the number of cartons received. We cannot be held responsible for cartons signed for but not received. Note any damage on the delivery slip and contact us immediately. Bulky and fragile items may require specialist carriers and take longer to deliver.

If delivery involves stairs, lifts, or access restrictions, please ensure suitable arrangements are in place. Additional costs may apply if delivery fails due to access issues or no one being available to receive the goods.

White Glove Service

Available on request, this includes delivery, unpacking, basic assembly, placement, and packaging removal for furniture. Contact us for a quote.

Site Checklist

Delivery rates cover ground floor only. Extra charges may apply for:

  • Residential addresses
  • Stairs or lifts
  • Steep driveways
  • Extended delivery times or after-hours delivery
  • Indoor placement requests

Please confirm:

  • Product dimensions fit through access points
  • Lift and loading dock bookings are arranged
  • Vehicle access and parking are available

Domestic & International Shipping

We deliver to most Australian postcodes. We do not currently ship to the Northern Territory, Tasmania, or overseas via our online store. For special requests, email info@furnitureoptions.com.au.

Warehouse Pickup

Click & Collect is available from our warehouse in St Peters, NSW. You’ll be notified once your order is ready for collection.

Tracking & Support

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
