Designed by Studio Segers for Fenabel, Portugal. The Mine collection is made from four round solid wooden legs that are connected by a cross lap joint. The seat and back panel consist of identical plywood shells that are CNC cut to size. The legs are slightly inclined towards the seat and back. This conical shape not only harmonises the furniture visually, but also makes it stable in use. The pure, rational structure turns this chair into an archetype, which acquires its uniqueness through its well-thought-out programme, balanced proportions and sophisticated curves.
